User Management: http://s1.osvr.net/opensim/users

Click "Create User" in the top left to create a new user.

To edit a user, click the pencil icon.

To delete, click the red icon.

If a user is broken or can't login, click the icon

The same goes for adding and editing regions on the Region Configuration page http://s1.osvr.net/opensim/regionconfigs
